Once you are in a forum you can post new forum topics. However, before posting a new topic look through the existing forum topics to see if a similar discussion is already underway. If it is not, click on the "Post new forum topic" link to create a new topic. If you have something you would like to add to an existing topic click on "add new comment" to respond to the original post or on "reply" to respond to another comment.
